The company
Bali Dream Living is a full-service real estate operation: sales, property management, daily rentals, land. Seventeen villas under management heading for thirty by year end and fifty by December 2026, run by four people in the office and thirteen in the field. In a business like that, administration is the ceiling. SOPs, client reports, valuation reports, marketing analysis, guest and buyer communication, every one of them eats the day.

What changed
The layer took the admin. Reports that took a staff member six hours take one, so the team stopped being reactive and started spending the recovered day on work that brings money in. Sean's maths on the whole organisation, once the system is fully embedded: sixty per cent of its time back. His comparison of system cost against the hiring plan it replaced ended the conversation: across sales, operations, accounting and marketing, one person per department now does what a branch would normally staff seven brokers, four operations managers and three accountants to do.
“Once the system is set up completely, 60% of time back, easily.”
The growth argument
Sean's case for the layer is not cost, it's the removed ceiling. A branch can only grow as fast as its people can absorb workload, and a broker can hold about fourteen clients a month. With the system underneath, he puts that at four hundred, with the back office running twenty-four seven, nobody sick, nobody sleeping, the same report going out every single month without human error. In a numbers game, the pipeline stops being the limit.
“After 22 years in real estate: if you're not looking at this, you're missing the boat in a significant way. There's only so much a human can do in a day.”
